At home in the real estate sector

The real estate sector is our entrepreneurial home. Valesa's founders Paul Brüning and Robert Scholz have more than 15 years of combined industry experience. Our core expertise lies in helping real estate companies master their challenges faster, more efficiently, and more effectively. This is what we do.

And Business Intelligence is how we do it. For us, BI is not an end in itself, it is an array of tools - powerful tools that will profoundly change our industry. We are excited to be a part of this transformation, helping to shape the future of our industry with valesa.

Real Estate

award-winning innovation

One of valesa’s first innovations was developed by Paul Brüning and Robert Scholz during their time at BEOS AG. What started with the idea of automating a wide range of reporting processes quickly developed into „BEOS in a Pocket“. The name says it all: Today, you can fit BEOS AG as a company in your pocket. All of the company’s data is digitised and visualised, allowing the company’s employees to evaluate every relevant piece of data with nothing more than a cell phone. The project won the 2021 Innovation Award and finished as one of the top 3 contenders for the 2021 Immobilienmanager Award.

Building on the success of "BEOS on a Pocket", Paul Brüning an Robert Scholz then developed a comprehensive digital ecosystem for BEOS AG's parent company, Swiss Life Asset Managers Deutschland in 2020. This time, however, as a fully cloud-based system. THe development of these two solutions was a formative experience for Paul Brüning and Robert Scholz and one of the inspirations that led to the founding of valesa.
